Your whole book translated — with the author's voice still in it.
Not sample chapters. Not paragraphs pasted one at a time. Upload the complete manuscript and receive a finished translation — plus a side-by-side copy your editor can check line by line before a single page goes to print.
Months become hours
A professional translator works through roughly 2,000–2,500 words a day, so a 90,000-word novel runs to several months. LEXA returns a complete draft of the same manuscript the same day — leaving your budget and calendar for the editorial pass that actually needs a human.
A fraction of the cost
Commissioned literary translation is commonly priced per word, putting a full-length book well into five figures. LEXA brings the first complete draft within reach of a single subscription — which changes which books are worth translating at all.
Voice survives the crossing
Ordinary machine translation flattens a novel into serviceable prose: the plot arrives, the writing does not. LEXA translates with a specialist for the target language and its literature — a register for classical Arabic that is not the register for modern Urdu, and neither is the register for Persian verse. Terminology, character names and tone are carried forward across the entire book, so chapter forty still sounds like chapter one.
Proof that nothing was lost
Verified before it starts
The manuscript is divided only at paragraph boundaries, and the pieces are tested to confirm they rebuild your exact original. If that check fails, nothing runs.
A parallel copy, always
Every finished book ships with the source paragraph beside its translation, so an editor can verify the whole work without reading two files at once.
Gaps are flagged, not hidden
Where paragraph counts do not correspond, the passage is marked for human attention rather than quietly passed through.
Rights and confidentiality
- • Your manuscript stays yours. We claim no rights over material you upload or the translation produced from it.
- • Not used to train models. Customer text is not used as training data.
- • Retained only while the job runs. A book's working text is stored so a long translation can survive interruption, and for delivery — not as a permanent library.
- • NDA-ready. We sign non-disclosure agreements for unpublished manuscripts and embargoed titles. .
What "full book" actually means
A single project handles up to roughly 300,000 words (about 700 pages) in one run, which covers essentially any trade title. Monthly volume depends on your plan: Pro (100,000 words) comfortably covers a typical novel each month, and Enterprise (1,000,000 words) suits a publishing list. Smaller plans will pause partway through a full-length book and prompt an upgrade — your progress is saved and resumes.
LEXA produces a publication-grade draft, not a substitute for your editor. Publishers use it to make translation affordable enough to attempt — then apply human editorial judgement where it counts.
Judge it on your own manuscript
Upload a book and we'll translate roughly the first 20 pages free — enough to see whether the voice survives before you commit anything.
